Founded in 2020, Shanghai Hengrui is a professional manufactuer for standard and non standard fastener, like bolts, screws, nuts, washers, as well as stamping parts and turning parts, with many different materials, like carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, titanium, special alloy steel, etc.
The U-nut is a fastener composed of two flaps in clip form with two external raised thread forms.
The design of this nut means a double elastic force is exerted when tightened.
This nut can be held in place manually when tightening.

Test Equipment and Reports

Testing will run through the entire processes, from retest ofraw material, and random inspection in each production step, and final inspection forfinished production. Hengrui issue the test reports before shipment, also can sendproducts to the third party to inspect according to the clients' requirement. |
